Crewmates is modular and the cost depends on which combination of apps and modules you need, how many staff you have, and whether you want a managed migration. A tailored quote is fairer than a one-size-fits-all sticker price.
Most plans come with a 14-day self-serve trial. Full features, capped at 5 staff. Crewmates+ and Bespoke ship with a 30-day guided pilot that includes onboarding.
We offer a one-off data migration service for staff, qualifications, training records and contracts. Pricing depends on team size and is included in your tailored quote.
