We spent too many years running medical operations on spreadsheets, paper and stitched-together tools. Crewmates is what we wished existed.
Our mission
UK ambulance, event medical, patient transport and training providers keep the public safe at scale. But the software they run on has been a patchwork of spreadsheets, generic rota tools, paper PCRs and email approval chains for years.
We started Crewmates to change that. One platform, purpose-built for the regulatory and operational reality of UK pre-hospital services, designed by people who have actually worked the road.
Every feature comes from a real operational pain-point: a client that wouldn’t sign off over email, a CD balance-check that ate a Sunday morning, an MOT that silently expired, a PCR that went missing. We fixed ours. Now we’re fixing yours.
How we build
If it doesn’t survive contact with a 3 a.m. stand-up, it doesn’t ship.

FREC, FAW, paediatric first aid and related courses. Course management, calendar, certificate verification.
999 and urgent-care contracts alongside commissioning NHS trusts. CAD, contract-specific scheduling, SLA reporting.
